Procedure’s Purpose / Description:
The purpose of this procedure is to interview job candidates and select the best among them, where the Job Interviews Committee assesse the candidates and fill the job interview forms. Some jobs may require conducting additional interviews or tests based on the committee's decision (see conducting practical / written tests of candidates). In case no suitable candidates were selected, job interviews are conducted with new candidates, and a candidate assessment is arranged based on the results of the assessment, and candidates are contacted in the specified order to make a job offer.
