Procedure’s Purpose / Description:
The purpose of this procedure is to conduct job interviews with candidates and select the best among them, where the Job Interviews Committee or an Organizational Unit representative supervises conducting practical / written tests of candidates who passed the job interview. Candidates are arranged based on the results of the assessment, and contacted in the specified order to make a job offer. In case none of the candidates pass the interview phase, job interviews are conducted with new candidates.

The services of some specialized authorities (internal and external) may be used to conduct job tests.
