Procedure’s Purpose / Description:

The purpose of this procedure is to select the best candidates based on job interview and test results to fill the job vacancies, where the right candidate who receives the highest result in the job interview and tests is selected, then contacted with a job offer. In case of disagreement, the candidate with the second highest result is contacted.
