The Department of Human Resources Organizes Innovative Workshops in RAK Innovation Exhibition 2024
The Department of Human Resources presented innovative workshops in RAK Innovation Exhibition. The workshops included the “Pioneering in Service Innovation” workshop presented by the Organizational Development Expert, Dr. Dima Bilal, on the importance of enhancing the concept and applications of ‘Pioneering’ through national excellence, in addition to focusing on the efforts of reducing government bureaucracy and using innovative strategies to reengineer government services.
Amna Jasem Bualsafared, Digital Transformation Dept. Manager, presented a workshop titled “Our Resources (Mawaredna) Innovate” where she gave an overview of Mawaredna System and its services provided to employees with a focus on the innovative aspects of the system. Amna discussed the Centralized HCM System which uses the latest technologies in the field including cloud computing for the smooth and efficient management of tasks and procedures. She has also highlighted the initiatives taken to reduce bureaucracy and facilitate service provision, which reflects the commitment of the DHR to provide exceptional services to its employees.
The workshops were attended by 72 participants of the exhibition visitors and representatives of participating entities who have shown interest in knowing the practices and initiatives of the DHR.
