As part of its strategy aiming to enhance global partnerships and the transfer of HCM knowledge and capabilities, RAK Department of Human Resources signed an MoU with the world-renowned company CCL to enhance their cooperation in the development of individual and leadership talents in RAK government in addition to providing exceptional training and development programs. The MoU also covered cooperation in providing consultancy services regarding HCM and leadership development as well as conducting studies and research, promoting the exceptional practices of RAK Government and introducing its experience to the world.
