The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Department of Emiratisation and Talents, organized a training program for jobseekers titled "Basic Work Skills - Professional Ethics Workshop". The program aims to enhance the ethical and professional skills of participants, with the aim of developing a more ethical and effective working environment. The workshop covered various important topics including the definition of work ethics in Islam and their importance in the work environment. The workshop also focused on the basic characteristics of work ethics and the ethics required of employees and organizations as well as the types of conduct and ethics in the workplace, and the fundamentals of professional ethics. The training program is part of the DHR objectives to guide and develop human resources and talents and enhance their skills in the labour market, and to enhance the quality of work in the Emirate.
