The Department of Human Resources honored the graduates of the Leadership Development Program accredited by the Leadership and Management Institute in the UK and SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ). The total number of graduates reached 133 graduates from different government entities in 2023. Dr. Mohamed Abdullatif Khalifa, General Manager of the DHR said, “We are proud of the achievements of our graduates and the cooperation with these two global institutions and we confirm our commitment towards the development of leadership, supervision, and human capital management in the government sector in order to achieve our future goals and deal with the challenges and external changes in a rapidly changing environment.”
The leadership program covered 8 topics in leadership competencies over 64 training hours while the PMQ program covered 4 topics in team management competencies over 40 training hours.
