The Department of Human Resources, represented in its Quality-of-Life Centre, organized a workshop for HR units in RAK Government titled “Employee Happiness and Quality of Life System” as part of its efforts to create a work environment that contribute to an exceptional employee journey and enhance employees happiness, positivity, wellbeing, and engagement.
