The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Emiratisation and Development Department, participated in a panel discussion titled “Leadership on Demand: a New Paradigm in Executive Hiring ” organized by the American Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in Dubai in the presence of representatives from the private sector, government, and international companies where they discussed the challenges and solutions of internal and external acquisition and recruitment of executive leaders. The discussion included the exchange of expertise, knowledge, and experience in this area.
