RAK Department of Human Resources Starts Government Employees Training on Mawaredna to be Launched in July 2017<\/p>\n
RAK Department of Human Resources has initiated more than 100 training workshops for RAK Government employees on the second phase of Mawaredna System, which was launched in September 2016 under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council, as part of the department’s strategic plan for electronic transformation of all its transactions and procedures related to human resources, in preparation for the launch of the second phase in July 2017.
\nThe training of government employees in the second phase of the Mawaredna system began in May, and it lasted for about a month. It covered approximately 2,000 employees from 13 government agencies (Department of Economic Development, Department of Finance, Department of Customs, Department of Municipality, Amiri Diwan, Protocol and Hospitality, Department of Human Resources, EGA, Environment Protection and Development Authority, the Courts Department, and the Public Prosecution Department). The department has provided (4) training halls for training employees.
\nTraining on the Mawaredna system for the second phase is a continuation of the previous first phase launched by the department in 2016. It is characterized by smooth procedures and ease of use. The second phase includes job performance management.
