To empower future leaders and develop their leadership skills, the Department of Human Resources, represented by Emiratisation and Professional Development Department and in cooperation with the world renown Franklin Coffee Company, held a training program titled \u201cLeadership Mindset Development – 2024 \u201c as part of the journey of 17 participating successors from various government entities.
