The recruitment open day in Ras Al Khaimah attracted 124 Emirati jobseekers holding high school diplomas, higher diplomas, bachelor\u2019s degrees, and master\u2019s degrees, to attend direct interviews for joining 31 vacancies available at 7 participating entities from both the government and private sectors.
\nDr. Mohammed Abdullatif Khalifa, Secretary General of the Executive Council and General Manager of RAK Department of Human Resources (DHR), stated that the Emiratization issue receives significant attention from the wise leadership through launching direct employment initiatives to accelerate Emiratis access to the workforce in the government and private sectors using the jobseekers database as per the employment needs.
\nHe underlined, during the opening ceremony of the recruitment open day held yesterday in AURAK, that the job fair is one of the DHR\u2019s jobseekers related initiatives developed as part of its strategy derived from RAK Vision 2030, including attracting jobseekers to work at the 17 government entities regulated by the Department.
\nHe added, \u201cThe DHR provided the participating entities with the resumes of jobseekers registered on its digital platform in order to identify the specializations that match the offered jobs. Jobseeker have been directly and personally contacted to save time and effort whereby 25% of the registered jobseekers on the database have been contacted with vacancies that match their specializations.\u201d
