Ras Al Khaimah, UAE \u2013 14 January 2025 \u2013 In a significant milestone for talent development and digital transformation, the Department of Human Resources and the Investment and Development Office (IDO) of Ras Al Khaimah celebrated the graduation of the first cohort from the innovative Data and AI Program. This meticulously crafted program, developed in collaboration with PwC Academy, equips Emirati professionals with advanced skills in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Analytics, aligning with the UAE\u2019s ambitious vision for a future-ready workforce. Spanning 11 months, the program offered a comprehensive curriculum that combined rigorous training, hands-on application, and globally recognized certifications. The first 9 months featured intensive instruction across 17 advanced modules, including Machine Learning, AI, and Data Engineering. Twenty-five outstanding Emirati participants undertook this journey to master future-focused skills essential for thriving in the digital economy. The participants successfully completed PwC Academy\u2019s stringent examinations and earned internationally acclaimed certifications, including the Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner (CAIP) credential from CertNexus and an advanced online certificate in Machine Learning from Stanford University. To further bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, the graduates are now participating in 3 to 6-month internships with leading organizations, contributing to impactful projects and gaining invaluable professional experience.
