The Department of Human Resources presented innovative workshops in RAK Innovation Exhibition. The workshops included the \u201cPioneering in Service Innovation\u201d workshop presented by the Organizational Development Expert, Dr. Dima Bilal, on the importance of enhancing the concept and applications of \u2018Pioneering\u2019 through national excellence, in addition to focusing on the efforts of reducing government bureaucracy and using innovative strategies to reengineer government services.
\nAmna Jasem Bualsafared, Digital Transformation Dept. Manager, presented a workshop titled \u201cOur Resources (Mawaredna) Innovate\u201d where she gave an overview of Mawaredna System and its services provided to employees with a focus on the innovative aspects of the system. Amna discussed the Centralized HCM System which uses the latest technologies in the field including cloud computing for the smooth and efficient management of tasks and procedures. She has also highlighted the initiatives taken to reduce bureaucracy and facilitate service provision, which reflects the commitment of the DHR to provide exceptional services to its employees.
