The project focused on identifying and detailing the technical competencies required for all job families and updating 500 JDs within these families to ensure the efficient planning of jobs and applying the best practices in HR planning and jobs analysis.<br \/>\nThe project also covered the development of a comprehensive HCM policy for RAK Government to support the organizational objectives and enhance the organizational performance of the government.
