\nIn an exceptional accomplishment that shows its level of innovation, commitment, and professionalism, the Department of Human Resources has been recognized and during SHRM MENA STAR AWARDS 2023.
\nThe Workplace Wellbeing Award reflects the DHR continuous efforts in human capital development and empowerment as well as improving the quality of working life. The award was given for the innovative model developed and applied in the field of qualify of life \u201c6M System\u201d, which is a comprehensive guideline designed to enhance employees workplace happiness and wellbeing and increase their productivity by focusing on six factors.
