The Leadership Council of the Department of Human Resources held its first coordination meeting of the Future Leadership Council established in the beginning of 2023. The meeting addressed various important topics including: 1. Introduction of the Future Leadership Council, 2. Council objectives, and 3. Council role and responsibilities. During the meeting, the chairman and deputy chairman of the council were selected by secret ballot and simple majority. The first meeting of this council stressed the importance of having these young leaders to enhance the opportunities of leadership skills development, engage these exceptional talents, and face future challenges.
