The program was delivered on Zoom platform which allows participants to interact with the trainers. The program is part of the Pathways to Progress program held in partnership with Citi Foundation, and it targets Emirati jobseekers. This 28-hour online program was designed to provide young Emiratis with the basic skills that will allow them to start their career including communication, emotional intelligence, innovation, and customer service skills as well as personal branding.
