The Department of Human Resources organized a workshop for HR units, managers of organizational units, and budget officials in the Government of Ras Al Khaimah entitled ” Preparation of HR Budget-2025 Circular Workshop”. The workshop aims to discuss the mechanism of preparing the HR budget (Chapter I) for 2025, and monitor all the future needs of government entities to achieve the best results and outputs in creating the budget. During the workshop, best practices were discussed and ideas exchanged to ensure efficient use of resources and enhance government performance.
