The Department of Human Resources, in cooperation with EGA, launched the Legislations Interconnection Map during the Innovation Month in 2024 to support the digital transformation and the development of human capital. The initiative aims to analyze and show the links and interconnections between legislation, policies, and systems in a network model which will facilitate documents management and classification and ensure their alignment. The following phases will include using AI to intelligently connect between systems and policies, which reflects continuous commitment towards development and innovation and makes Ras Al Khaimah a model for innovation in human capital management while strengthening its position as one of the leading destinations in legislative development and digital management of human capital.
