The Department of Human Resources represented in the Emiratization and Talents Department launched the supervisory leadership diploma (batch six) in presence of Dr. Mohamed Abdullatif Khalifa, General Manager of the Department of Human Resources. This program, which targets department managers, comprises of 100 hours and is certified by the International Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Dr. Mohamed Abdullatif reviewed the progress of the program and the opinions of its participants, and he praised the active participation and exchange of experience among department managers in government entities as well as the knowledge transfer to their entities. He stressed that ongoing learning and development and being familiar with the best practices is the key drive for Human Capital development and growth in the future.
