The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Emiratisation and Career Development Department, organized a training workshop on the Leadership Mentoring Program for representatives of HR units. The workshop was aimed at increasing the leadership efficiency of holders and candidates of leadership/managerial positions to ensure the sustainability of outstanding leadership capabilities and experiences. The centralized Career Development plan of 2024 was also presented, which includes strategic programs aimed at developing current and future leaders, strategic development programs, human resources management development programs, and general behavioral and occupational capacity building.
