RAK Department of Human Resources, represented by the Emiratisation and Career Development Department, organized a 3-day workshop titled “The Training of Trainers (TOT)” with the aim of enabling government employees to design and implement workshops and training programs. The workshop was facilitated by the Talent Development Expert, Waleed Saada who explained the learning theories and their uses, the elements of trainer success, how to identify training needs, and the different training methods. Participants were enabled to improve their presentation skills and to know the different learning styles of learners and the best practices to measure training impact. The workshop was concluded with the practical application of presentation skills and providing feedback to the participants.
