The “Leadership Council” in the Department of Human Resources held the first coordination meeting of the Future Leadership Council of 2024, which addressed several main topics including: 1. Introducing the Future Leadership Council 2. Objectives of the Council 3. Council Roles and Responsibilities The meeting also selected the President and Vice-President of the Council by secret ballot and by simple majority. In its first meeting, the Council stressed the importance of having such young leaders to enhance opportunities for developing leadership skills, achieve opportunities for inclusion and participation of distinguished talents, and face work challenges, and have future foresight. This comes in support of achieving the strategic goal of “ Developing the internal work environment and establishing a culture of high performance”.
