The Department of Human Resources is Honored as the best implementer of SAP SuccessFactors
The Department of Human Resources of RAK Government announced today its successful implementation of "SAP SuccessFactors", which is one of the most prominent cloud solutions for human capital management.
This achievement marks an important step in RAK Government digital transformation journey to upgrade its human resources operations and enhance the delivery of public services.
The Department of Human Resources has received a certificate of appreciation and a recognition award from SAP International, for the successful and outstanding implementation of SAP Human capital Management System.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullatif Khalifa, General Manager of the Department of Human Resources, expressed his pride in receiving this award for the recognition of the successful and outstanding implementation of SAP system in human capital management. He pointed out that this achievement reflects the commitment to developing HCM systems and improving their services as part of the digital transformation journey in order to keep up with future aspirations.
Marwan Zainuddin, Executive Director of SAP-UAE, pointed out that SAP SuccessFactors provides a flexible and scalable platform that not only improves human resources operations, but also aligns with the UAE national vision, to promote an inclusive and empowered society.
The implementation has already brought significant benefits to RAK government, reducing the time taken for creating reports from 24 hours to just two hours, enabling faster decision-making and improved response time, as well as providing 80 self-service options via the system’s mobile app, enabling employees to manage their personal information, professional development plans, and performance feedback anytime and anywhere.
A survey conducted in this regard showed improved employee satisfaction with the system, as well as its ease of use, reflecting the platform’s intuitive design and effectiveness in enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
In November, SAP will host a high-level delegation from the Human Resources Department at its global headquarters in Waldorf, Germany, to hold knowledge exchange sessions and present the latest global trends in the field of human capital management.
