The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Office of Strategy and Organizational Development in cooperation with the Support Services Department, organized an introductory workshop on the “pioneering goal” that was recently adopted as part of the strategic initiatives and job goals. The workshop addressed the concept of pioneering through the applications of national excellence and approved strategies, and how to benefit from them in the development of high impact projects that support national indicators and quality of life in the society and work environments and achieve competitiveness and future readiness. Employees were familiarized with to how to link and align their activities with pioneering projects so that they achieve outstanding outputs and increase their performance appraisal results. The pioneering goal is a positive practice initiated by the Department as a unique experience which enhances teamwork spirit and helps employees work on achieving unified goals and objectives and promotes the optimal utilization of human capital and all resources.
