As part of the activities and initiatives of UAE innovates in Ras Al Khaimah, the Department of Human Resources organized a workshop on job innovation evaluation, which focused on the innovative inputs to the work environment and how to build and enhance the innovative personality and its impact on organizational excellence. The workshop was presented by Dr. Dima Bilal, Organizational Development Expert, where she reviewed models and examples of the distinctive staff proposals that have been applied at work in addition to presenting the sub-criteria model of the innovation standard adopted in national awards and how to apply them. She brought employees attention to the importance of adopting excellence and innovation not only as an innovation tool but as a daily working methodology through designing and using a map of excellence and adopting a proper documentation process.
