The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Emiratisation and Professional Development Department, conducted a field visit to the Al Ansari Exchange Contact Center in Fujairah in coordination with Emirates Foundation (Dawami Program) as part of discussing the areas of cooperation between the two parties in promoting Emiratisation and supporting national talent in the banking sector. During the visit, the representatives were familiarized with the experience of Al Ansari Exchange in supporting the employment of Emiratis in its call centers and providing them with the necessary expertise and skills in the field.
