As part of our efforts to build organizational capacities and develop the performance of national talents in government entities to achieve the strategic objectives and keep abreast of the latest developments of government work and future challenges, the Department of Human Resources, represented by Emiratisation and Professional Development Department, launched the 9th batch of participants in the Leadership Development Program based on the approved competencies. The program is certified by the International Center of Leadership and Management, UK (ILM) and it targeted 23 section managers.
