As part of the efforts aiming to achieve RAK Government strategic objective of preparing the future generation of Emirati leaders, and ensure achieving the Department of Human Resources strategy of enhancing the acquisition, development, and retention of exceptional staff and leadership talents and enhancing the leadership competencies in RAK government, the first workshop in the Supervisory Leadership Diploma (batch 5) was launched today under the title “Fundamentals of Leadership and Management”. This Diploma includes 17 training courses with total of 100 hours certified by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
