The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Department of Emiratisation and Development, participated in a panel discussion on job readiness and job application skills organized by Al-Qasimi Foundation, which provided the opportunity for job seekers to get insights from experts and to get to know the mechanisms and requirements of joining the workforce in the private and government sectors by building strong CVs and acquiring interview skills under the guidance and supervision of representatives and specialists from RAK government entities. The panel also interviewed representatives from Nafis and provided an opportunity to review resumes by specialists to provide jobseekers with guidance and support in their future job applications.
