The Department of Human Resources held a meeting with the executive leaders of RAK Government to present the Future Executive Leadership Development Program based on the department's strategy to attract and develop exceptional leadership competencies. The program aims to raise the competencies of Emirati leaders in the government, develop their skills, and enhance their performance. The program also seeks to qualify a select number of Emiratis as successors to hold executive positions in the future. This meeting is a part of the efforts of RAK Government to develop national leadership talents.
