The DHR, represented by the Emiratization and Talents Department, performed a series of field visits to private sector entities in RAK in order to follow up the performance of fresh graduates in all disciplines.
This was a part of a program aiming to support Emiratis employment and development in vital sectors to acquire professional experience and help them find their career path in the private sector.
