Who we are

Established in 1971 under Emiri Decree No. (3), the Department has evolved alongside Ras Al Khaimah Government’s transformation journey to becoming the Civil Service Department in 2008 and the Department of Human Resources in 2013, expanding its role in developing government human capital and enabling organizational excellence.

Through continuous development, organizational excellence, and a culture of growth, we build a high-performing workforce that strengthens government capabilities, delivers meaningful impact, and shapes a prosperous future for generations to come.
