The Compensation Department of RAK Department of Human Resources held a meeting with the Human Resources Department of the Government of Dubai, in order to exchange knowledge and experience in the field of human resources management. The meeting addressed the best practices applied in the areas of payroll, incentives and bonuses system, nature of work allowances, and the health insurance system applied in the Government of Dubai.
