To enable organizational capacity-building and enhance the competencies of Emirati leaders in RAK Government and develop their skills and performance, the Department of Human Resources, represented by Emiratisation and Professional Development Development and in cooperation with the American Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), launched the “People Manager Qualification” for the second consecutive year. This program targeted 20 section managers and it began with an introductory session that included a comprehensive presentation of continuous learning, which will continue until July. The program includes a combination of training methods including self-learning on digital learning platforms, and in-person training sessions by HR professionals and experts, with the aim of enabling participants to manage teams efficiently and effectively.
