The Department of Human Resources, represented in the Emiratization and Talents Department and in cooperation with Al Qasimi Foundation and RAKEZ, organized an introductory workshop for private companies on the decisions, legislations, and initiatives related to MOHRE and the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), which was attended by representatives of the private sector in Ras Al Khaimah.
The workshop was organized as part of a series of workshops and initiatives constantly launched by the DHR to raise the awareness of private sector companies of the additional benefits they will gain by supporting Emiratization in the private sector as well as providing an additional platform for Emirati jobseekers in this sector.
