The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Strategy and Organizational Development Office and the managers of concerned departments, a meeting to discuss the needs and suggestions of HR units in government entities to be used as inputs in the development of the DHR Strategy 2025-2027 as part of the strategic analysis phase of the development of plans, systems, programs, and initiatives supporting joint work. The representatives of the HR units actively participated in presenting development suggestions that enhance the quality of life in the work environment as a key output and increase the rates of job satisfaction. The meeting concluded by presenting a list of recommendations that are an added value to the Department and will be adopted in future plans.
