As part of our efforts to strengthen national capabilities and support national talents in the labor market, a coordination meeting was held between the Department of Human Resources and Emirates Foundation (Dawami Program) and Al-Ansari Exchange to discuss ways to enhance the cooperation in providing job opportunities and training for Emirati jobseekers. The discussions focused on strategies to enhance communication and cooperation between stakeholders, with the aim of empowering national talent and providing a stimulating work environment that contributes to the development of their skills and enhance their opportunities in the labor market. The Department of Human Resources, Emirates Foundation and Al-Ansari Exchange confirmed their commitment to supporting initiatives that contribute to empowering Emirati youth and motivating them to participate effectively in the labor market, while stressing the importance of balancing the national needs with the aspirations of ambitious youth.
