To empower future leaders and develop their leadership skills, the Department of Human Resources, represented by Emiratisation and Professional Development Department and in cooperation with the world renown Franklin Coffee Company, held a training program titled “Leadership Mindset Development – 2024 “ as part of the journey of 17 participating successors from various government entities. The program covered the development of the 7 competencies and habits including responsibility and personal vision, personal management, mutual benefit, emotional communication, creative cooperation, daily self-renewal, and various practical applications.
