RAK Employment Accelerators Fair Offers Over 500 Job Opportunities with Participation from 30 Public and Private Entities

RAK Department of Human Resources, in collaboration with the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah, organized the “Employment Accelerators” fair as part of its ongoing efforts to support Emiratization, attract young national talent, and enhance their integration into the labor market.

Held at the campus of the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah, the fair brought together 30 entities from the public and private sectors, offering more than 500 job opportunities across a wide range of fields and specializations aligned with labor market needs. The event enabled job seekers to access suitable employment opportunities, in addition to conducting on-the-spot interviews with participating organizations.

The organization of the fair reflects the Department’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships with educational institutions and public and private entities, which will support the achievement of Emiratization targets and advancing the human capital ecosystem in the emirate.

H.E. Sarah Al Zaabi, Director General of the Department of Human Resource, stated that the “Employment Accelerators” fair aligns with the Department’s vision to empower national talent and prepare them for the labor market. She highlighted the importance of integration between government entities, educational institutions, and the private sector in building a comprehensive ecosystem that supports the attraction and development of national talent.

Al Zaabi also emphasized the Department’s commitment to launching quality initiatives that accelerate the employment of national talent and provide a supportive environment that enables youth to achieve their career aspirations, in line with the UAE’s direction toward investing in human capital and enhancing its competitiveness.

H.E. Dr. Hassan Obaid Al Muhairi, Executive Director of the Higher Colleges of Technology in Ras Al Khaimah, highlighted the importance of the strategic partnership with the Department of Human Resources in supporting Emiratization efforts. He pointed out that such fairs serve as an effective platform for aligning education outcomes with labor market needs and providing suitable employment opportunities for HCT graduates.

He added that the Higher Colleges of Technology are committed to equipping students and graduates with the practical and professional skills required in the labor market. He stated that the Employment Accelerators fair represents a valuable opportunity for graduates to access employment opportunities, engage directly with employers, and explore available career pathways, which will increase their professional readiness and support their future career development.
