RAK Department of Human Resources launched its “RAK Challenge” initiative from 31st March to 1st April as part of its efforts to motivate RAK government employees, create a spirit of positive competitiveness, and strengthen their social relationships through a comprehensive program specifically designed for this challenge.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullatif Khalifa, General Manager of RAK Department of Human Resources, emphasized that the participation of RAK government entities is the best proof of the success of the initiative which aims to raise employees’ awareness of the importance of physical exercise and highlights the special talents and abilities as it targets all segments and categories in RAK government entities and departments.
He also pointed out that “RAK Challenge” initiative targeted RAK government entities and departments as the number of participants reached 70 male employees from 15 entities and 40 female employees from 11 entities, and the number of entities participating in the challenge reached 20 entities.

He added, “RAK Challenge initiative comes as part of our wise leadership vision aiming to create an integrated athletic society. The initiative also aims to break the routine and allow employees to unwind through various activities.”
