The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Organizational Development Office, participated in the activities of the Innovation Month by presenting a workshop (Pioneering in Organizational Innovation) at Ibrahim bin Hamad Obaidullah Hospital, presented by Ms. Dima Bilal, Organizational Development Expert, in the presence of Dr. Yousef al-Tayer, Director of Ibrahim bin Hamad Obaidullah Hospital along with the directors, department heads, and a number of medical staff and representatives from other entities. The workshop focused on the concept of organizational innovation through the applications of national excellence and pioneering levels.
