The Department of Human Resources represented in the Emiratization and Talents Department in cooperation with the Education for Employment Foundation, held a work readiness program for training on professional skills. The program was delivered on Zoom platform which allows participants to interact with the trainers. The program is part of the Pathways to Progress program held in partnership with Citi Foundation, and it targets Emirati jobseekers. This 28-hour online program was designed to provide young Emiratis with the basic skills that will allow them to start their career including communication, emotional intelligence, innovation, and customer service skills as well as personal branding. These skills are fundamental for jobseekers and enable them to set their goals and learn how to present themselves in the labor market based on their capabilities.​
