The Department of Human Resources, represented in the Performance Management and Development Department, has organized the work ethics and loyalty workshop which falls under “United in Prosperity”, one of the six national priorities of UAE 2021 National Agenda. The workshop facilitator, Ms. We’am Bani Hashim, CEO of Persona Human Resources and Quality Consulting, focused on post COVID-19 future outlook with the beginning of a new era of flexible organizations, and modern work trends and latest models. The workshop targeted the employees of RAK Government and other independent organizations and was attended by over 300 employees.​
