The Department of Human Resources, represented by the Compensation Department, organized a workshop for HR units titled “Regulating the process of entitlements approval and payment of salaries and benefits”, which aims to empower the HR units regarding the updates to the mechanism and frequency of requesting the payment of benefits of all kinds on Mawaredna system. The HR units were also familiarized with the electronic link between Mawaredna system and the financial system in order to ensure payment governance and compliance with the applicable policies and regulations, in addition to the importance of updating the data related to benefits to complete the payment process.
