SHRM RAK Department of Human Resources launch the "HR Priorities with AI in the Workplace Report 2025" report Artificial Intelligence is Reshaping HR Functions
The Society for Human Resources Management "SHRM", in cooperation with RAK Department of Human Resources, launched its research report " HR Priorities with AI in the Workplace - MENA Insights Report 2025"
The report provides comprehensive insights into the changing role of human resources in light of digital transformation and the increasing reliance on artificial intelligence technologies, highlighting the priorities and challenges facing organizations in the region.
The report concluded that AI is reshaping core HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement and workforce planning, forcing HR leaders to adopt new strategies to adapt to these changes.
H.E. Dr. Mohammed Abdullatif Khalifa, General Manager of RAK Department of Human Resources, said that the study reflects the importance of keeping human capital departments abreast of the rapid technological developments, especially in the field of artificial intelligence, to make a qualitative leap in work and performance and improve the level of outputs, to support the strategies of entities and maximize the return from talent management.
