In line with its efforts to review and infuse its strategy with inputs that enhance its readiness for the year 2023, and in order to promote the concept of employee engagement and establish teamwork values, the DHR held a meeting that highlighted the challenges and suggestions by its leadership team, experts, and employees to ensure the continuous progress of the DHR accomplishments in this field. The strategic framework 2022-2024 was also reviewed and the project plans of organizational units were approved as part of the framework of guidance, study of needs, and arrangement of general priorities which will add to its achievement of its strategic objectives in order to materialize the DHR vision and aspirations for the coming years.
