GRADUATION OF THE 7TH BATCH OF SUPERVISORY LEADERSHIP AND CUSTOMER HAPPINESS PROGRAMS

In order to build organizational abilities and elevate the performance level of national talents in the government, and in presence of H.E. Dr. Mohamed Abdullatif Khalifa, General Manager of the DHR, and a number of executives and managers, the Department of Human Resources celebrated the graduation of 20 aspiring leaders who completed the 7th round of the supervisory leadership program accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management in UK, and which covered 100 training hours. The program focused on various topics including leading result-oriented teams, building strategic abilities, middle management fundamentals, talent management and job excellence, change management and business development, emotional intelligence in the workplace, problem solving and decision making, financial resources management, excellence in service provision. In addition, 40 employees working in the front office of customer service centres have completed the Customer Service Program which was implemented in two batches covering 45 training hours and focusing on the following topics: excellence in customer service, efficient handling of complaints, business reporting, post customer experience.
