The Department of Human Resources achieves an exceptional success by winning the Workplace Wellbeing Award as part of SHRM MENA STAR AWARDS - 2023
In an exceptional accomplishment that shows its level of innovation, commitment, and professionalism, the Department of Human Resources has been recognized and during SHRM MENA STAR AWARDS 2023.
The Workplace Wellbeing Award reflects the DHR continuous efforts in human capital development and empowerment as well as improving the quality of working life. The award was given for the innovative model developed and applied in the field of qualify of life “6M System”, which is a comprehensive guideline designed to enhance employees workplace happiness and wellbeing and increase their productivity by focusing on six factors.

It's worth mentioning that 76 government and private entities from the Middle East participated in SHRM MENA STAR AWARDS 2023 in 5 different categories out of which 19 entities were shortlisted and only 11 entities won awards, which reflects the severity of competition and the level of recognition in the area of human resources in the Middle East.
